  Please tell your employees not to tack on a item we didn't ask for and without asking. Went into the store buy turn singal bulbs. The employee helped me find the right bulbs for my car. Experience was great, until er get to the checkout counter. He proceeds to add in a $1.99 pack of lube i did not ask for on top of that charging me for it. Over all experience was ok but when he tried to add something onto the transaction without asking is what made the experience horrible.

  This location is awesome. I had an issue with some parts I ordered online for delivery. They were delivered to the wrong house (the individual stores don't deliver the parts, it's contracted out through corporate and the drivers are not Advance employees), and the help line was not helpful at all. I took a chance and called the store that parts came from in Conroe and spoke with Andrew. He took the time to look at the delivery address, and did what nobody on the "help" line was willing to do - he looked my address up online and confirmed that it was not where the parts were delivered. He took the trouble on his end to call the help line back on my behalf and try to resolve the issue. They said the best they could do was file a claim with Uber Eats (who they contracted for the parts delivery) and hope for reimbursement. Andrew offered for me to come by the store and he'd provide the parts I ordered at no additional charge, and stated that he'd worry about the reimbursement and mis-delivery from his end because I should not have to. He did what the help line should have done but was either not empowered or was otherwise unwilling to do. Fortunately, the house that the parts arrived at saw my contact info on the receipt and called me to come by and pick up my order so I did not have to take Andrew up on his offer. His level of understanding, friendliness and customer service exceeded my expectations and saved a customer who has bought a ton of parts from Advance over the years. For the record, my house number is 13213 and the house it delivered to was 11523 and 40 minutes away from where I live, but the "help" line still insisted that they delivered the parts to my correct address so there was nothing they could (would) do. Every business needs a few Andrews around. 5+ stars for this location! I'd give them 10 if I could.

  I had a great experience with Advanced Auto Parts, especially thanks to their employee Gabriel. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me multiple times with car issues I wasn’t familiar with. Each time, Gabriel took the time to explain things clearly and patiently, which made me feel confident in my decisions. His expertise and friendly attitude truly stand out, and I appreciate the consistent support he's provided. I highly recommend Advanced Auto Parts, and I’m grateful for employees like Gabriel who go above and beyond to help customers understand their needs. If I could give them ten stars I would!
