  I haven't had access to my voicemail for a month now. When I called to ask what was going on with it I was told that they were doing some kind of work on the system. When I asked how long I would be without voicemail the girl just told me some time in June. I don't know about anyone else, but I NEED to have my voicemail working and I'll be moving my business to a different cell phone company.

  The manager is very knowledgeable and friendly. She was training new staff when I was there and doing a good job. Cricket's prepaid internet is annoying, but that's not this store 's fault. It's definitely worth it if you need net in a place where you can't get it though. I was overall really happy with my experience here getting my kid a new phone!
