  The lady, put us under a plan under the impression we could come in, in two weeks and downgrade cause my grandpa needed a phone. Went into a closer cricket and they told me we couldn’t downgrade for 3 MONTHS. now my father in law is stuck paying way more than he initially thought and no way out of it.
