  We came to use the self print. After waiting for 8 minutes, I asked if it was normal to take this long and they told me yes. After 15 minutes I asked again and they said “no something must be wrong.” Then they logged onto their computer and printed it in under a minute. I should not have had to wait for over 15 minutes and had to ask for help myself. Not to mention, they were disrespectful about a gentleman who left after waiting for his print jobs (and never received them) and discussing how he needs to learn to be patient.

  Absolutely the rudest “customer service.” The employee receiving my package for shipment on 2/28 at 11:15 was the worst customer service experience I’ve had. If I ever deal with FedEx again I will find a different location
