  I ordered the 20. Boneless wing meal deal; it was misunderstood at ordering so the cashier rang it up individually; I asked if it came with fries and he said it would be extra… he gave me the total amount and I said that’s fine… when I got home there was as no fries - I called - the manager said there was a miscommunication and then she claimed I never had the conversation about the fries to the cashier… as yummy as the wings are my kids and I will not be ordering from this location… nothing helpful from the manager - very dissatisfied and disappointed

  Wanting the n lunch to sit down and eat but changed my mind when a lady came in with 2 small dogs letting them crawl all over the table …. Not very good (and no they are not services dogs ) I ended up eating in my car. Will not be back

  While the food is good, this particular location was incredibly disorganized. The service was very slow even though there were plenty of employees and not very busy, there was trash on the tables because there were Zero trash bins, and they got our order wrong (not a big deal, but when you add everything up….).

  I do not understand why they can never get my order right I wanted my chicken wings cooked well done. I ordered over the phone. I get my wings all flats and they’re not even cook like I asked them to and also I asked for a large combo they gave me a small combo with cold fries make them make sense and I believe they would never get my money again cause this is like the fourth time they do not listen on If I give them zero stars, I will
