  This store could use a serious staffing overhaul. Each time I’ve been in, the male employees have been curt and bordering on rude. Today was no exception. The bespectacled gentleman that handled my return was condescending and spoke to me as if he perceived me to be of inferior intelligence when I didn’t understand his very broken English the first time he explained something. I likely won’t be returning, the customer service here is nonexistent. If you want to be treated like an actual human being deserving of some modicum of respect, go elsewhere. I’d drive out of my way to avoid interactions like these.

  Always fast and efficient. The store can get mobbed with Amazon returners around the holidays but the crew there works through these fast. A+

  The associate that came to assist me at the copier stepped in front of me and started making selections. My copies were inaccurate and the yellow paper that I had brought from home was wasted. I tried to get him to stop the machine after the first copy came out wrong and he just looked at me. He let the copier finish which wasted my personal paper. He was argumentative when I was checking out so I chose to go to a different associate to check out. He proceeded to follow and talk with the associate that was helping me. I raised my voice and told him he was being rude in order to get him to remove himself. Horrible customer service.

  I had quite a few returns and Rajan was the only one working. He handled me and other customer (at my request) with ease.

  The older gentleman with the barely noticeable accent is amazing! He has salt and pepper hair and wears glasses! Very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I love working with him.
