  Just wanted to get on here and say thank you so sathish at ups for being so helpful with my packages. As Amazon couldn’t send two labels for the two boxes they sent me. He came up with a plan and helped me through the process as I didn’t have any help with Amazon. So thank you again sathish for being the great person you are!

  I needed to send a package internationally and with paperwork, customs, mailing options etc., it seemed quite complicated. So I took my package to UPS in Culpepper Plaza to help sort it all out. Satish was able to help me find the best mailing solution and was very patient with a process that took the better part of 30 minutes! This is—and will continue to be—my go-to UPS!

  I ALWAYS have such a wonderful, fast experience at this UPS location. Anytime I need to return something I always choose to come here even though it is a bit out of my way and I have not once ever regretted it! Today I had so many things to ship, 19 items to be exact, all of them needing to be scanned and packaged separately. Sathish was so patient and helpfull with me not once getting frustrated with how many things I needed done and he ensured I was taken care of! Thank you so much Sathish, & to UPS for always having lovely employees!

  Employee was rude. Extremely rude. Wanted to berate my wife because she arrived three minutes before a deadline. Key word is before. Absolutely off putting. Employees should wear name tags so that we can properly identify the obnoxious ones. Anyway, long story short- I’ve never experienced this at FedEx. So my business is solely being handled by FedEx only.

  Now I had some issues but it is being taken care of as we speak I have a brother in law who has bad seizures with that said him and his sister left out of town not realizing that his meds needed to be refilled so I had them refilled and shipped next day air for a little over $100 dollars now the package wasn't delivered next day so I kindly notified the front desk they helped me resolved the issues and are also issuing a refund
