  Honestly, I’ve given this location several opportunities to change my mind but they have failed to do so. Customer service is always terrible, food is thrown together with no care and the attitude the employees have is terrible. Today’s experience was no different, walked in to see the only Employee in the store lounging back on his phone in the dining room booth, no greeting, just “what can i get For you” once he took his time getting behind the counter and putting on gloves. The only words he said were “what can i get you, toasted, anything else, $11.32” all with a tone that he’d rather be anywhere else but in this establishment while throwing together my sub. If i want A bad experience, this place is my go to here in College Station! I’d suggest taking the QR code for reviews off the counter until changes are made or your Google reviews are going to tank.

  the young lady who was working had so many orders to take and was seemingly alone, yet she handled them so well!!! she was so kind, got everyone's orders out quickly but still great quality! i didn't catch her name but she was so sweet! great job twin
