The manager at this Subway location refused to give me a cup of water and told me I had to pay for it. I don't know why this place isn't inspected; the free water Subway is supposed to offer is never available on the counter for customers. The woman was very rude—she claims to be the manager, but what kind of example is she setting for her employees?

Rude customer service on 2/1 night shift. The employee was making sandwiches, which is fine, but there was no greeting or acknowledgment despite being the only person waiting. I asked what time they were closing, the employee raised his voice and snapped, “TEN!”
Not a welcoming experience, especially when asking such a simple question. Basic courtesy goes a long, long way.

We received our food like this. They weren’t trying to be careful while folding the tortilla. Not a great experience.
