Worst customer service ever
They suck and they don’t care.
Packages don’t show up and they can’t provide any info. You will never talk to a human and their automated system is useless. They give a delivery date and a timeframe that says before 8pm - the cable company at least gives you a two hour window. End of the day they are a no show - no update, no notification the driver just didn’t feel like coming today- same thing the next day - again no updates no way to know when the package will be here and “you have to be there to sign for it.”

Went to the Longmire location...closed. drove to the big shopping center on far South side of CS. System was down.
The woman there taped my box, while the young man tried to bring the system up.
They sent me 6 miles back to where I d been 2 hrs earlier on Briarcrest at Walmart
Walked in, shipped pkg quickly and was out in 5 mins. .
Confeded x figure out how to deliver things or not?! These plants arrived yesterday after being beautifully packed but clearly having been turned on their heads in journey. They survived, but one lost a third of it plant matter having been broken off. I will only use this company if it's the absolute only way to get something delivered.
Terrible service, terrible speed. I have been waiting 5 days for a package past the delivery date. Tracking shows its been held at this location for 5 days. Not moving to a new location, no updates. Just day after day of "package held" its insane a private company can have objectively worse service than usps

I work for a laboratory on the TAMU campus and our regular driver (Josephine) is amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure our packages arrive in a safe and timely manner. Today their truck had a tire issue during a delivery and she notified us so we could meet her and pick up packages without a delay! That was extremely helpful!! Thanks Josephine!
