  Went to go print today and asked the lady to use my print and go code and she proceeded to roll her eyes and huff and walk away so I’m taking my business elsewhere.

  Although they could not accept my return for shipping because it of the Lithium-Ion battery, the staff here were super helpful and accommodating to get my fixed up with the supplies I needed to package it up and drop it off at the FedEx warehouse in Bryan.

  This is the worts Fed Ex office I've ever come across. Printing is clumsy and expensive and the staff don't know their own machines. I couldn't get them to take photos for my passport. Weird and bad. The staff need training and know how to deal with customers.
