    The staff was incredibly rude, and the entire experience felt hostile and unprofessional. One of the employees I dealt with told me I needed to purchase a box for my return, and the price she quoted seemed extremely overpriced. I explained that Amazon should cover the cost, but she responded in a very rude and dismissive tone, insisting that she “knows Amazon doesn’t do that at all.” At that point, I paid for the box simply because I wanted to finish the transaction and get away from the situation. Afterward, I contacted Amazon Customer Service, and they confirmed the issue by reimbursing me for the full cost of the box as well as the return. So not only was the employee unnecessarily rude and condescending, she was also incorrect
