Convenient place off IH 10 very friendly staff, not a vacation spot but definitely good for a quick rest when passing through

I was just traveling East to West and found this Best Western. It was perfect and well beyond what I expected for the price. Everything looked new, everything worked, big nice TV, the indoor pool and hot tub were working so I jumped in. The woman that checked me in was super friendly and cool, we joked a bit which I love. Other staff was equally helpful. Mexican restaurant next door had $1.25 tacos (on Tuesday). Best hotel on my journey by far for under $100. Would definitely stay there again!

First couple of nights were fine, but last night there, it sounded like bowling balls being dropped on floor, then like boots being pounded on floor and last like a kid running back and forth. This started around 1130pm and when I called the office around 110am I was told there was nothing she can do. Good to know NOT to stay here if you have to get up for work early and want any sleep

I came here to rest and found this disgusting mess underneath the trash can in the bathroom. It was clearly left there and not cleaned. Absolutely unacceptable
