  Last night, on August 12, 2026, I placed an order for delivery through DoorDash. I watched the little car icon arrive at the store. Suddenly, my order was canceled. When I called the store, a very unprofessional female answered the phone and lied. She claimed that they had given my order to another DoorDasher because they arrived at the store at 10:48 p.m. When the other DoorDash person went to the store for my actual order, they canceled it. I pointed out to the lady that I had placed my order at 10:48 p.m. and that it was impossible for them to have given it to someone else at that time. She put me on hold and then returned to the phone, stating that they had my order if I could go pick it up. Since I was unable to do so, I requested a refund, which I still haven’t received. I will not be ordering anything from this store for delivery in the future.

  Make sure you check your orders. order was completely wrong when I got home had to drive all the way back didn't even offer a discount or anything before we see my time?And gas,. They never get your order correct at this one

  I have been to this location quite a few times , given that I live in Cleveland. A few times the wings were really good, it was hot and made correctly. Mostly, something is wrong with my food, sometimes the wings themselves taste gross, sometimes I get a ton of grease in the bowl, to the point if I tip it grease spills out. Sometimes they don’t season the wings correctly, they toss them in the bowl and put everything on top. I’ve maybe had 6 good experiences out of 20 which is my fault. I’m going to Kingwood from now on. Sorry.

  This Wingstop is very clean tasty and the workers are very nice Natalie and Amanda provided amazing service.

  Ariana & Amanda are so sweet and helpful!! This location is so much better than the new caney !! I think we’re here 2-3x a week lol and these girls and staff are just so great!!
