My husband and I ordered a 20 PC wings. He accidentally ordered the boneless so he immediately called back so we could get the bone in instead and see if they could do it, they said yes and that we just needed to pay the price difference and we said that was fine and when we got there he paid the difference but then we still got boneless wings. So I went back in there and I let them know I'm just like hey we still got the boneless by accident. I was just checking if y'all had the bone in by any chance of not I'll just take the boneless. the girl then just took the bag with the boneless that I showed her and she then showed her co-workers and she went back to me. I don't know what happened to the boneless. She told me that they'll make the new ones in two minutes and I said that was fine. We then got the new order and I should have checked it again but I just wanted to leave at that point, but when we got home the order was wrong and they gave us 15 cajun and 5 buffalo instead of 15 buffalo and 5 Cajun. And that's not what we wanted. This is the second time Ive gotten my order wrong at this location and I'm just not going to come back

Omg !!! The service is amazing and was sooo fast !! I literally ordered this at 7:22 and it was ready at 7:28!! I’ve never had my food ready this fast at any wingstop locations !! 10/10 recommend !!!

Probably the nicest Wingstop I’ve been to. Service was good, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious!
Horrible customer service!! I called to place an order and she asked for my name then hung up on me, I called again they took forever to answer and when she finally answered she asked me if she could put me on hold and then proceeded to hang up again! I called a third time and she asked for my name again then just set the phone down and I could hear everyone talking in the background, someone finally picked up the phone and I told her that I had already been hung up twice, her response was “ idk I was bagging food”. They need better staff

Called to place an order, girl on the phone hung up twice after saying she’d put me on hold but it just sounded like she was having a conversation in the background with a coworker. After the third call she said she kept hanging up because she was “bagging” with an attitude.
