  I live 5 mins away and maybe 5 times bought subways there in the last 15 years I have been around. It always have been an unpleasant place, poor hygiene and employees with lack of customer service. The place is remodeled now, but today the white old and short woman working earned a 1 star for being so disrespectful. She was working on my order and when I asked what she was asking me about my order, then she said "never mind". i will never be back to this place. Nothing had changed. It's still the same, just different look. Jajaja ...rude to customers... that comes to spend $ jjj! Very smart of her...two fewer customers!

  During a visit to this Subway location I saw an employee with a hat that was possibly religious in nature. There also seemed to be figures of Jesus next to the register. This might be an indication of religious preference from Subway. The date and time of this visit was 22AUG26 at around 1700. This location may also need to display instructions from the manual (without infringing the copyright of the manufacturer) of the drink cooler to ensure that the rubber gasket within the door does not become damaged when attempting to grab the handle. “While you are free to submit any feedback to Subway through their Guest Care portal, putting a customer advisory on a retail drink cooler requiring patrons to read its equipment manual would be unnecessary. ​In a retail setting, commercial drink coolers are designed specifically for public self-service.   DO NOT STOP HERE RUUNNN !!! Sent my husband to buy a sub & he told me the girl at the front was so weird asking weird questions and asking multiple times about certain things he wanted on the sub after he answered multiple times and repeated what he wanted.. he felt as if she was not wanting to make his sandwich and to top it off there was rarely any veggies or turkey on it she put the smallest amount and when he asked for extra that he’d pay more she told him no.. DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPOT AND GO AHEAD AND GO TO THE ONE DOWN THE ROAD CLOSER TO CONROE MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND QUALITY !
