  I went in expecting some good wings and left completely disappointed. For starters, the staff's attitude and service left a lot to be desired; I received terrible customer service right from the beginning. I waited about 15 minutes for my food, which would have been fine if they had prepared it correctly, but they gave me the wrong order. I specifically asked for my wings with no sauce, and they brought them completely drenched in it. However, the messed-up order was the least of the problems compared to the actual food quality. The wings were rock hard, almost impossible to eat, and the most concerning part was that they smelled bad, as if the chicken was spoiled or past its prime.It was an awful experience all around. I definitely do not recommend this place and I will not be coming back. It's unacceptable to serve food with such poor quality and hygiene standards.

  They don’t accept cash at this location very inconvenient of a business not everyone has a credit card.

  If I could give zero stars I would. We got our food and started eating and our chicken was COMPLETELY RAW not cooked at all. We call the manager and she tells us WE ARE THE FIFTH PEOPLE TO CALL ABOUT THE SAME THING!!!!!!! The manager was nice and gave us a full refund but children still ate raw chicken because of this. This is far from okay.

  The food tasted like vomit Some employees were sitting on the dining tables I have no idea what they put in my food but I do know I won't be returning to this restaurant

  The employees complety ignore you and when you ask about ur order they look at you like ur crazy. I repeatedly asked about my order and nothing. My order was supposed to be ready at 1:50 p.m and at 2 its still saying order received on the screen. I saw multiple reviews like this and im wondering why corporate isn't doing anything. I saw one review were they said to contact them at such and such email but more than likely u would get the same service as the wings top in cleburne. The girl working the counter was even busy on her phone ignoring customers.
