  Get a manager to make your food or the ingredients will be wrong and you'll get cold food. Those kids don't read and don't care

  I placed a doordash order for four subs and all four were made incorrectly. I placed the order and went to pick it up at approximately 2:00 p.m. The subs hadn't even been started when I got there. None of the employees had name tags. I ended up having to come back and have them all remade and while they're being remade, one of the employees who messed it up the first time came back and messed up our sandwiches so they had to be restarted again. Said employee had bleached hair and was on the shorter side. Luckily the females working on shift were very nice and helped me get my orders remade. The two males on shift were visibly intoxicated as well.

  Genuinely confused as to how there isn’t a single worker who knows what they are doing the whole store also I’m pretty sure one of the employees was nodding off on my sandwich like man was abt to drop and he’s making my sandwich nah I’m good

  We stopped at this Subway on our way home from the lake, and it was absolutely chaotic. The four teenage employees had a group of friends hanging out in the restaurant, and they were constantly cursing and using the N-word right in front of my children. Then a confrontation broke out over an employee allegedly stealing a necklace, and the police showed up. We ordered one sandwich for my daughter, and the employees couldn’t seem to figure out what they were doing. They left my sandwich sitting half-finished, and I finally had to speak up firmly just to get them to finish making it so we could leave because of the language and behavior around my kids. The entire place was a mess, the staff acted completely unprofessional, and the experience was unacceptable. Management seriously needs to hire employees who can provide a safe and respectful environment for customers.

  There's one employee in particular who is absolutely terrible at his job. The one with the curly hair who seems to be constantly intoxicated on the job, he constantly makes unnessecary talk with his coworkers which holds up the line every time I'm there. He makes stupid jokes to his friends in the middle of the order so I have to repeat myself countless times for each and every vegetable which he then THROWS on the sandwich and laughs about it or puts it down so slowly that it takes him an extra 5 minutes. He's played with the food and shook it around in his coworker's FACES while I'm standing right there. Don't shake around and play with my food that I'm about to eat, that must be violating some sort of code. He will bounce between orders so frantically that he forgets certain customers to a point where they wait for 30+ minutes for their order. His unprofessionalism makes the experience infuriating and the food worse. I don't know if he's being rude on purpose or if he's just constantly high on the job or if he's just genuinely stupid. He needs to be fired. In addition, the vegetables were really old and there were a bunch of empty tins. The cucumbers were clearly going bad, both lettuce tins were almost empty AND dirty and so were the tomatoes. Please fire him and things might get better.
