  They charged me twice for a pet fee and a drink and never refunded me. They told me they would look into it but then just stopped communicating. They have terrible customer service and treat guests fine until they have your money and then you don’t matter.

  If I could, I would give the front desk service six stars. We had a 4 night stay & we encountered a few different friendly faces. All of them went out of their way to assist whether it was a recommendation for a nighttime meal or trying to find a corkscrew. Beds were comfortable and room service was always efficient. Considering this hotel is on a very busy road, it was pleasantly quiet at night.

  My stay at the Best Western was great! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and homey. The included continental breakfast also had a good selection of foods - omelets, sausage, bacon, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, bakery items, and a cute Texas shaped waffle. The options stayed consistent throughout my whole stay. It was super convenient being located right off the highway. You really can’t miss it and there is a gas station nearby.

  This is an older hotel that shows some time since a remodel or update. The staff was extremely polite, kind, and helpful. The hotel was very clean for an aged location. Plenty of parking on-site. Check in was quick. The room was comfortable and had standard amenities. Everything worked in the room well. We used the pool and hot tub. The enclosed pool room was very warm and humid, and could have used some type of ventilation, but the water was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning tasted good and had enough options to get the day started. Coffee was fresh and hot. Overall a great stay.
