  Customer service is so great here. I had dropped off a package and I realized when I got home, I forgot to put something in my package. I called the store and they were kind enough to hold the package aside before the next pick up so I can go package my forgotten items. They even helped me tape it back up. This was a life saver for me! Thank you 🙏

  I always receive outstanding customer service at this location. My last visit to this UPS store, they were extremely busy and the manager (Kenny) jumped right on the register to assist any customers that were in line.

  I have been to a few ups locations where I did not enjoy the experience due to customer service issues. However this store is quite the opposite, they are helpful and very polite. Kenny and his team are great! Would recommend this location to anyone who would ask !
