  I recently bought a new phone & while being on the 7 day window the manager told me I couldn’t return the phone without a good reason. The girl in the store swapped the # to another phone & said that I can’t return it and to just let it be like that, they won’t take money out of my account even if I haven’t returned it. When called 611 they told me that it’s in their policy to give me the return request since I’ve only had it for less than a week and that if I don’t return the phone they will continue to take money out of my bank.
