  Came into the store yesterday and a girl named Emily helped me get everything transferred over from my old carrier to cricket. I was warmly welcomed and treated as if I were a long term customer. She was very patient and kind. Someone please get this woman a raise!

  Bought a phone on Saturday September 18, 2021 and the power button stopped working on it on Monday Sept 20th. I couldn't get into this store to try to return it until Wednesday September 22nd only to be told I'm s.o.l. they wouldn't return or exchange the phone so now I'm stuck with a phone that won't work properly, out the cash, and also have to go elsewhere to get a properly working phone. Buyer beware. Buy your phones elsewhere. This store doesn't care if you ship there anyway. The management is not helpful and just sent me on my way. I've been with this phone company for years. They don't care. Could care less if I shopped there or not.
