    At the Celina Subway, the two gentalmen working were the nicest I have ever experienced. A very good visit all around and the sandwiches were delicious.

    I ordered through the app and they gave my order that I paid for away and wouldn’t give me a refund or anything. They said someone from Uber Eats or DoorDash picked it up even though I ordered through the Subway app to order my lunch before going to work. Now I’m late, no lunch that I paid for AND they said I have to call Subway. So I just paid for nothing. Bad customer service, but the older man was nicer than the rude lady working.

    Two times now I have done mobile orders and I have not gotten what I ordered. First time they ran out of meatballs and they made me another sub but never offered any perk or discount. Not even an apology. These things happen but customer service is still needed. 2nd time, I took advantage of BOGO offer, when I arrived they said they only had 1 sandwich for me. Apparently I am unable to use the BOGO offer and redeem points which I did to get $2 off the total order. This is an app issue but sharing my poor experiences with the staff was worthless. Got a half-ass "sorry" and left with one sandwich not two.
