I put an order in through Uber eats. Received my order with no issues. When I sat down to eat my food my fries had zero seasoning when I asked for extra, as well as zero seasoning on my wings just tiny pepper flakes ( I asked for lemon pepper). Even my co-workers agree they are not seasoned. I called and was hung up on when I had just wanted to tell them that they made a mistake. I do not appreciate spending 20-30 dollars on unseasoned food and then being hung up one. Now I'm only 20 years old and never complain about anything but this was just nasty behavior. I won't be buy wing stop for a while now.

On Thursday around 11/11:30 I was in the area and wanted to stop and get food for my kids. When we walked in originally the employees seemed to be already running behind. A worker came in , and she seemed like she was concerned on the lobby’s condition and order’s running behind. From what it seemed, it looked like she was just trying to help get customers orders out the way. There was a tall guy before she came in that didn’t seem to care about the rush. All I saw was while she was checking out the person in front of me, he handed her the phone. What happened next I was in disbelief. Whoever was on the phone was HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE. The curse words that my children heard were unspeakable.I felt bad for the lady that was at the store working. No one should have to tolerate that type of language and I was so flustered I grabbed my kids and left. After trying to contact management. Still haven’t heard back to file a complaint.

Ordered a take out meal an hour in advanced for a scheduled pick up and when I arrived on time I was told it would be 10 more minutes. When I came back in after 10 minutes I was told it would be ready in 10 more minutes. The store wasn’t even busy at the time. Get it together if someone orders a scheduled pick up time have it ready at that time, people have places to be not wasting 20 minutes of their time at wingstop.

I called in for a pick up, they heard my name wrong and i admit that’s not fully their fault. What pissed me off is after a long waiting period when we were finally able to figure out my order, the food was cold. They offered to heat it up and i saw one of their wokers eating out of MY frie basket. He tried telling me it was ok and that i could eat it like that. After going back and forth i decided to be the bigger person and leave. Horrible customer service. Teach your employees better!!!!

So I had the joy of watching a line cook leave the kitchen back door to smash a large roach that had run out FROM under the same kitchen door. Then pick it up with his bare hand.
Bugs, beyond shoddy service, my food was over 15 minutes later than carry out said. Manager let the front of house build up to 10 people before asking if anybody else was working.
