  I had a great experience at The UPS Store thanks to Tyrese. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand how quickly I needed my package delivered and carefully explained all of the shipping options available to me. What I appreciated most was that Tyrese didn’t just give me prices—he provided his professional recommendation based on both cost and delivery time, helping me choose the best option for my needs. Thanks to his guidance, my package arrived on time and at a much better price than I expected. He made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and Tyrese definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend working with him if you visit The UPS Store!

  I am regular customer at this location because everyone that works there is super nice , patient and understanding. I want to shout out Chesiel that was extremely helpful and she smoothly resolve and help to return and send some of my packages . Thank you !

  I paid $75 to have a package shipped overnight. Not only did the package NOT arrive, it is now lost completely. When I went back to the store to get a refund, I was given the run around, and a phone number to call. 2 weeks later, and I am still trying to get my money back. Tonya, the store manager, is LESS than helpful. Avoid UPS and especially this particular store.
