  Went in to drop off an Amazon return and there was an issue on Amazon’s side with their return code. I couldn’t get a quick resolution with Amazon but the UPS store manager swooped in and helped me get a label printed and donated a box to me to ship the return. He went above and beyond as he saw I was having a rough go with Amazon.

  Terry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the international shipping. He worked with me to get the best price for my expedited shipping. My SIL is in Sicily and the tubes that fed his insulin pump were faulty. He tried several hospitals with out any luck. UPS was literally a life saver!

What could have been a stressful and complicated project was handled smoothly and efficiently because of his excellent customer service. Terry took the time to make sure everything was printed correctly and organized properly, and he treated my project with genuine care. His positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out.
