I needed a contract notarized, because my mother died and we are selling her farm in Norway. My name is CLEARY WRITTEN IN ENGLISH on the contract. He asked me if I printed these forms from online, like I made this all up. The documents CLEARLY HAVE THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS facilitating the transaction written on them, in English. So stupid, never going there again.
- MMMaryAug 17, 20261.0I have visited this location several times to complete Amazon returns, and each time I’ve chosen to work with an employee rather than use the kiosk, I’ve been met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior. Staff repeatedly insist that I use the kiosk, even though processing the return in person takes less than 30 seconds. On two separate visits, employees made snappy remarks, and one even raised her voice and argued with me about why I didn’t use the kiosk. I prefer to hand over higher‑value returns directly rather than leave them unattended, but my explanation was met with unnecessary hostility. I'm unclear why my decision to use the kiosk or handle things in person even became an issue. Your employees are there to assist customers, and I wasn't doing anything inappropriate. It would be more helpful if employees avoided unnecessary comments and focused on providing the service requested. I also emailed this UPS Store to address one of these incidents and never received a response. I decided to give the store another chance recently, but the same behavior occurred again and I was met with more rudeness. The customer service at this location has been consistently poor, and based on these experiences, I will not be returning.
