Have not had to file a claim, so not sure how they pay out. But they added my new trailer on in about 5 minutes and sent me emails showing that immediately. The next morning i received the declaration paper!! Excellent and quick customer service in that regard!!!
I tell at least 1 person DAILY not to use Allstate. Don't walk, RUN from this company. I've had terrible experiences with multiple claims, refusal to cover damages that they clearly should cover, undervaluing damages, long delays in responses, escalate to managers but they do not return messages. This company is trouble, save yourself the hassle and stay away.

I have been with Allstate for over 4 years now and in the beginning the premiums for my bundle of auto and home insurance was great but now it's going up higher and higher every renewal and not happy with that. If they offer me more discounts or can my rates the same i would be a more satisfied customer. For many years ive maintained paying always on time and have a grear daily driver with not getting any tickets or accidents for over 8 yrs now. I currently still with Allstate but shopping around being the premiums are becoming to high now.

I was moving from Alabama to Cedar Park, Texas. My son had used this agency and was happy with them. When I called them, Amanda Blair was very thorough at checking to see if they could do an empty house policy in Alabama. It wasn’t possible, but she was able to setup my car insurance for the date that I needed it. Then also set up my renters insurance for the date I needed it as well. She asked me questions to verify she was giving me all the discounts possible and advised me on auto pay to save more money. Very efficient, helpful, and if not available, promptly returned my calls. Great service!
