  On Sunday 14th I went into cricket because I have finally saved up my money for the iPhone 17 Pro Max. I was going to pay in full that same day Rocio H also asked me if I wanted any accessories and I clearly said no because their accessories are expensive and they’re cheaper at Walmart. When I got home, I noticed on my receipt that there’s a purchased an accessory a smart watch. I go back Monday morning another lady helps me. I get in contact with The manager to see if I can get a refund because I never received nor did I walk out with a Watch that Sunday. I told them to check the cameras the lady that helped me on Monday said it would take them 48 to 72 hours to look at the cameras. So today Thursday(18) I go in and Rocio H is there and some other manager. Rocio H start asking me what I need help with and I told her I needed a refund because I paid for something that I never received. Rocio H said that she remembered me, and that she tried to stop me, but I left I told her to pull up the camera because so I can see if that happened. I told her you could have called me from the store phone. Rocio H said she couldn’t do refunds, and that she could Cash App me. I don’t think you are supposed to be cash apping your customers there a refund back? I told her that I wanted it on my debit card because that’s how I paid. The other manage finally helps me. I was able to get a refund. Don’t shop there and make sure you look at your receipt before you pay ROCIO H NEEDS TO BE FIRED! ROCIO H you know what you were doing El domingo 14 fui a Cricket porque por fin había ahorrado el dinero para el iPhone 17 Pro Max. Iba a pagar el importe total ese mismo día; Rocio H también me preguntó si quería algún accesorio y le dije claramente que no, porque sus accesorios son caros y en Walmart salen más baratos. Al llegar a casa, me di cuenta de que en el recibo figuraba la compra de un accesorio: un reloj inteligente. Volví el lunes por la mañana y me atendió otra empleada. Hablé con el gerente para ver si podía obtener un reembolso, ya que aquel domingo nunca recibí el reloj ni salí de la tienda con él. Les pedí que revisaran las cámaras; la empleada que me atendió el lunes dijo que tardarían entre 48 y 72 horas en hacerlo. Así que hoy, jueves (18), fui a la tienda y allí estaban Rocio H y otro gerente. Rocio H empezó a preguntarme en qué podía ayudarme y le dije que necesitaba un reembolso porque había pagado por algo que nunca recibí. Rocio H dijo que se acordaba de mí y que había intentado detenerme, pero que yo me había ido; le pedí que revisara las cámaras para ver si eso realmente había sucedido. Le dije que podría haberme llamado desde el teléfono de la tienda. Rocio H dijo que no podía hacer reembolsos, pero que podía enviarme el dinero por Cash App. ¡No creo que se suponga que deban reembolsar dinero a los clientes mediante Cash App! Le dije que quería el reembolso en mi tarjeta de débito, ya que así había pagado. Finalmente, el otro gerente me atendió y pude conseguir el reembolso. No compren allí y asegúrense de revisar el recibo antes de pagar. ¡A ROCIO H DEBERÍAN DESPEDIRLA! ROCIO H, tú sabes lo que estabas haciendo.
