  My first choice when it comes to an ups store. Customer service is great. I have never had a bad experience at this store. Joshua helped us today and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

  I typically always use this location as my drop off for returns. Today I walked in to drop off 2 returns and I was helped by Mrs.Yolonda who was amazing, the reason I am giving this location 2 stars is because when I walked in, there were 4 employees just having a conversation amongst themselves they all looked at me when I walked in yet not one jumped in to help. Yolanda was busy working on something and she immediately stopped what she was doing to assist me. While assisting me a line started forming and these employees continued to chit chat instead of helping. Yolanda was great, they need better employees who are just as willing to help as she is.

  My service personnel was Mrs. Y. Brown and I received very friendly service from her as well as assistance with using my cell phone to get my package where it needed to go. Hats off to her. Thanks.

  The customer service was impressive. The black African-American lady mid age assisted me. Her employee number is340682. She was helpful, kind and professional. She greeted customers as they walked in the store. She made me laugh and smile!
