    I went in and had asked the employee there if they had any soup. He had said yes about 2-3 cups and then proceeded to charge me $23 for 4 cups that were not even full they had less than 1 scoop except for 1. I tried calling their number is turned off. Ripping off your customers is a shame.

    I visited your restaurant today and witnessed an interaction that left me concerned. A young employee was helping a customer and his two sons. When the customer requested extra cheese, a manager from the back commented that she was "giving away free cheese," even though the order had not yet been rung up and the customer had specifically requested the extra cheese. What concerned me most was that this correction was made in front of customers. The employee appeared embarrassed and defeated afterward. I understand that managers have a responsibility to ensure procedures are followed, but coaching employees is often more effective and respectful when done privately rather than in front of customers. I wanted to share this feedback because the young employee seemed to be trying her best, and I believe employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect while they learn and do their jobs.

    The guy serving me had a bad attitude and looked like he did not want to service anyone. I waited almost 40 minutes for my order because I ordered online in advance, so I canceled. I would not recommend anyone come to this location.

    Easily one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve had. I placed an online pickup order for two subs expecting a quick pickup, but instead received terrible service and poor food quality. When I arrived, the employee was standing directly in front of me. There was no line and no rush, yet I was ignored for several minutes. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no professionalism. When I finally asked about my order, I only received a silent nod. The sandwiches tasted stale and not fresh, and I became sick afterward. Food quality at this location should be taken seriously. I later raised my concerns and received no response from management or the owner. Poor service, poor food quality, and zero accountability. I will never return.

    Don't come in here if you're dehydrated and need a cup of water. They'll let you die. They have no cups for water.
