  Service is so long it can take up to 3 hours to do a simple job from printer a laminate sign. The employees run the business as if they just hang out in their houses . They don’t care if the store loss clients. They just there to kill time more than helping and working .

  I needed a third foam 24x36 poster made for a family reunion in Houston of a Denim and Diamonds remastered family tree to go with the theme, and of course FedEx Office had my back on printing and cutting. Chuck and his team of staff were all there, I emailed the file, and it was printed while I waited. Chuck personally cut it and placed it on the foam board and rang me up. Angela came in with her usual smile (all of my encounters with her have been positive) and bagged me up and sent me on my way making me feel like the most fortunate lady to get this done expeditiously. All while managing the new flow of customers coming in the door. They are a well-oiled machine. They manage all of your office and shipping needs, inclusive of now being an Amazon provider, and having copier service, email/fax, and office supplies. Thank you FedEx, UPS could never! Bonus: Great music while you wait, some old school R&B and pop. This team deserves a 6th Star ******!

  The staff here are really great! I send via email h9me building plans and everything is always correct. They notify me with a phone call as soon as my prints are ready to pick up.
