  Horrible customer service experience I called to see if there was a battery in stock was told there was once I got there the battery wasn't there had to get a battery at a higher price he told me that if I brought the battery back in he would give me a refund of around $22. I purchased the battery at the higher price and employee a nice gentleman from the store came outside to put the battery in the car I never left the parking lot I went back inside to get the $22 refund on my credit card he asked me for my phone number which I had just given about 10 minutes prior and then he proceeds to tell me he couldn't find the account.. then ask me did I have the receipt of course I did it was in the car I never left the premises I take it back in.

  My experience at Advance Auto Parts in Cedar Hill, Texas, has always been good. I’m a regular customer, and this is honestly my favorite store to go to when I need car parts. The staff is always fast, respectful, and cool. They make sure I get what I need without having to wait forever, and they’re always willing to help when I have questions. I also use the app a lot because I have plenty of coupons on there, which makes it even better when I’m shopping. I always check the app before I come in because I know I can find some good deals. I haven’t really had any bad experiences at this location, and the customer service is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I would definitely continue shopping here because I already go there regularly, and it’s my go-to auto parts store. The employees treat me with respect, the service is quick, and I feel comfortable shopping there. I appreciate how they handle their customers, and that’s why Advance Auto Parts in Cedar Hill is my favorite store.
