  I ordered online the oven roasted turkey footlong The bread was stale. They put ham on my sandwich instead of the turkey I wanted. How do you mess up a sandwich? 🤦🏾‍♂️ It’s like everything in Carthage is horrible everywhere you go. Then when I called they said day shift didn’t leave them with any prep….so basically you out ham on the sandwich instead of slicing more turkey? Never again will I stop by these subways down here. Melissa with Fleming subway group would never.

  Ordered online and the sandwich, Turkey and ham, auto places lettuce onion and tomato on it, I took off lettuce and onion, added pepper jack cheese, olives, pickles, banana peppers, mayo, and parm vinaigrette. I received American cheese, and only onion and lettuce. Apparently they cannot read the ingredients on the sandwich orders. Thing is, I work in an office and others ordered too, all of the sandwiches were completely wrong besides the meat. Almost feels intentional to be honest. Help me understand how that makes any sense. Will not return to this location, everyone seems to have the same issue on here. Might need new management asap.

  I was the only one in the store. It still took almost 20 minutes to get a sandwich. The 2 girls working on it were slower than Sid the sloth. I had to even tell 1 of them what meat goes on a Club. I haven't ever been to worse subway than this one. I don't know if it was inadequate training or something else. But the customer shouldn't have to tell someone how to make a sandwich. Then halfway through paying the other male worker "forgot" what he was doing he was to busy talking. Horrible service.
