  I love this UPS store. The owner/manger as well as all staff is always helpful, friendly and patient especially with all my Amazon returns. Great UPS store. I highly recommend this store and convenient location.

  VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! (I had a small package and literally just needed about 2 inches of tape on it and they sad they need $1 for it and is one of there rules. So I went to other UPS store not only they taped it, but they even taped it more then package needed. and even asked me; is there is anything else i needed, now that's what you call customer service. and YES (NO CHARGE). PROS: will deliver your stuff, which they suppose to anyways. CONS: Rude and bad customer service, the store it self is very cluttered, so when you enter with big package it is a hassle to get to counter without bumping on all the stuff in center.
