Inside this special store customer service and kindness still exists!
I have been frequenting this UPS store for 15 years and have always been impressed with how helpful everyone is. Kathy, the manager, has been the glue that holds it all together.
I do a lot of online shopping so not only am I usually in the wrong place (USPS vs. UPS), sometimes I need help reboxing, etc.
Today, Kathy was an angel. Not only was I in the wrong place (returning to Kohls) but Amazon really wanted the broken lamp back after it had been assembled. I told Kathy I almost went somewhere else because I didn’t want to put her through the “boxing” of the return. Instead of sending me on to ruin someone’s shift, she disassembled the lamp (I tried but couldn’t) and then bagged it up for the person at Kohls to make it easier for them. But as usual, she’s always going above and beyond.

Very disappointing customer service. Every time I visit this location, the staff seem annoyed when customers ask questions or need assistance. I understand being busy, but there is a difference between being busy and being rude.
The location is convenient, but the attitude of the employees and management makes me avoid coming here whenever possible. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after several visits to this location, I feel it’s necessary.
The employees seem more focused on getting customers out of the store than actually helping them. Questions are often answered with little patience, and the overall atmosphere feels unwelcoming. Customer service should be one of the most important parts of a shipping and printing business, but that doesn’t seem to be the case here.
I’ve noticed that even simple requests are often met with frustration or an attitude that makes customers feel uncomfortable for asking. There is a clear difference between being busy and being rude, and unfortunately this location often crosses that line.
I continue to be surprised by how inconsistent the service is compared to other shipping stores. Hopefully management takes these reviews seriously and makes improvements, because the location is convenient and has potential, but the customer experience needs significant work.

I’ve given this location many chances because it’s the closest UPS Store to my home, but unfortunately the customer service continues to be disappointing.
The biggest issue is not the prices—businesses have every right to charge for their services. The issue is the attitude of the staff and management. Almost every time I visit, it feels like customers are treated as an inconvenience rather than people they want to help.
One experience that really stood out was with a manager who always seems to be in a bad mood. While she was on the phone, I approached the counter and was greeted with, “I’m on the phone, what do you need?” in a rude and dismissive tone. I understand employees can be busy, but there is a respectful way to speak to customers, and this was not it.
Over the years, I’ve visited this location many times and consistently leave with the same impression: poor customer service, unfriendly attitudes, and a lack of professionalism. I’ve used shipping and printing services at other locations and have had much better experiences.
Management should take customer feedback seriously and work on improving how customers are treated. A little courtesy and professionalism would make a huge difference.

I’ve visited this UPS Store location multiple times over the past few years because it’s the closest one to my home. Unfortunately, almost every visit has left me disappointed.
I completely understand that businesses need to charge for services, and I have no problem paying for work that requires time and effort. However, what stands out to me is not the pricing itself, but the overall customer experience. It often feels like every small request comes with an additional charge, and more importantly, the staff and management frequently come across as unfriendly and unwilling to help.
On one occasion, I needed a document enlarged to fit a larger print size, and I was quoted a $25 design fee just to adjust the file. Whether that charge was justified or not, the way it was explained made me feel more like a burden than a customer.
The biggest issue is the attitude and customer service. I’ve visited this location many times—not once or twice, but repeatedly—and I consistently leave with the same negative impression. The employees and managers often seem irritated when customers ask questions or need assistance. Customer service should make people feel welcome, and unfortunately that has not been my experience here.
I’ve used shipping and printing services at other locations and businesses and have generally had much better experiences. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving the way customers are treated.
