Overall the place was clean and the food was as expected for a Subway. The person that was waiting on us did not understand what was being said to them. I ask for green peppers and she put jalepeños on my sandwich. I am sensitive to jalepeños as they do damage to my stomach. I felt like I was having to repeat myself a lot. I forgot to have her put mayo on my sandwich and she did not even ask if I wanted any type of dressing. We ordered combos and cookies were not even offered as an option. When we walked in we were not even greeted politely all we got was a what do you want almost like our presence was a bother.

Didn't mention that the fountain machine wasn't working when I grabbed a cup. And when making my sandwich, pulled it away to wrap up before I can ask for sauces to be added.

If I could give a zero I would. They young girl with red orange hair. Needs training on customer service. She had no clue what was on the sandwich. You would ask her a question she roll her eyes or say idk look at the menu. Even when you would speak to her in Spanish she had a ugly attitude and just shrugged her shoulders. I ended up walking out and took my business to jersey mikes. The customer service was 10 x better than here.
