    The sandwich artist did not understand or communicate very well which made ordering difficult. Ordered a 6" turkey and a foot long pepperoni meatball. The turkey wasn't folded and we had to repeat everything 2 or 3 times without acknowledgement. The foot long meatball came out of the toaster without pepperoni, and when we asked about pepperoni, we were then told they were out. The spinach was rotting and the lettuce was tinged with red. Very hard to ask questions and get clear responses. The whole situation felt awkward and uncomfortable. Will not be back.

    Pocas veces pierdo la paciencia y aqui no me tomo mucho perderla super lenta la chava qye tienen y solo una persona omg si tienen prisa no lleguen a este lugar

    Went in and had to tell the employee multiple times of what bread I wanted and she proceeded to say the wrong one and then said they didn’t have any. After that she was very confused on what I was ordering as in roast beef and avacado she didn’t know what that was. She understood and talked English well so I was confused. I had to take a call and didn’t see what she put and then got home and saw she only put one slice of meat on each side. So disappointed & they always say I have the wrong store when I do a pick up order & few weeks ago I waited for 30+ minutes. Don’t recommend coming

    Made an mobile order, they couldn't find it told me I ordered at the wrong store even after showing the address on my receipt. They told me to hold on and continued to serve other people that started to walk in. Such a waste of time for rude service and sandwich thats isn't even made properly.

    Missing several ingredients. Ordered ahead and they forgot one of my subs. Came back immediately to get it but had to wait as only 1 employee was on hand and had to wait in line. Manager returned as I was getting my sandwich remade and tried to claim there was only 1 6" sub, then that they did include my sub, and then shifted to the blame to someone else taking it in their defense. I only asked for my food that i had paid for, so being subjected to scrutiny and blame for their mistake is incredibly frustrating, only worsened by also having to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food.
