I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. The sandwich was prepared with an extremely small amount of toppings—only a few olive slices—and I was charged extra when I requested a reasonable additional portion. This felt inconsistent with the level of customization and value that customers typically expect from Subway.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the payment process, which appeared to strongly encourage or automatically include a tip. Tipping should always be optional and left to the customer’s discretion, not something that feels imposed during checkout.
Overall, the combination of excessive upcharges, minimal portions, and an uncomfortable payment experience left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this was not the level of service or value I expected, and it is unlikely that I will return to this location.
Ordered via the Subway App, payment was taken but no order ever made it to the store. I was sent on a wild goose chase to a different location just to end up back at this one where I was able to confirm that I placed my order for this address (see photo). Despite my showing the staff my PayPal receipt, my order history they refused to make the issue right and basically told me that it wasn’t their problem and I needed to take it up with my bank. Absolute garbage customer service

Stopped by around their closing time and their staff was very kind and accommodating.

Had a very disappointing experience at this Subway in Carrollton, TX 75007 around 6:30 PM on 03/13.
The employee making my sandwich rushed through the order and put the tuna and cheese on the bread before even asking if I wanted it toasted. I realized I did want the bread toasted, but I do not eat hot tuna, so I politely asked if the sandwich could be remade with the bread toasted first.
The employee refused and said they “can’t waste food.” He suggested scraping the tuna and cheese off the bread, toasting it, and then putting the tuna back on. That obviously still leaves tuna residue and completely defeats the point of asking for a remake.
After going back and forth, I declined the sandwich since it wasn’t made the way I wanted. Ironically, the sandwich was thrown away anyway after I walked out.
I came back in and another employee was able to remake the sandwich correctly with no issue.
The bigger problem here is customer service and lack of management. There was no manager present and the employees kept saying “this is a franchise” and that they couldn’t remake a sandwich.
A situation that should have taken 30 seconds to fix turned into a pointless argument, and the food was wasted anyway.
Hopefully management provides better training so simple customer requests don’t turn into unnecessary conflicts.
