This is a review for the service point location. Went in during lunch, front desk was very helpful and got me taken care of within 20 minutes. I picked up a package delivered to the service point. Customer service was great, process was smooth, if I have a signed package I am not home for, I will divert to this service point again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been dealing with what I can only describe as "phantom delivery attempts" for days now. My tracking status keeps updating to "Delivery attempted but no response at Consignee address," which is a complete and utter lie.
I work from home and have been sitting feet away from my front door all day. Not only did nobody ring the bell or knock, but I have security camera footage proving that a DHL truck never even drove down my street at the time of the supposed "attempt." It is painfully obvious that the driver is just running behind and scanning packages as attempted from somewhere else to protect their own metrics and stop the clock, rather than doing their actual job.
Calling customer service is a completely useless loop of automated responses and representatives who can only read the same inaccurate tracking screen I’m looking at. I paid for a service to have my package delivered to my doorstep, not to have my time wasted, be blatantly lied to, and eventually be forced to drive to a retail pickup point to do the driver's job for them.
Completely unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. Save yourself the headache and use literally any other carrier.

The behavior and attitude of the employees were extremely disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. My mother left the location emotionally distressed and physically affected due to the stress caused by this interaction. No customer especially an older person should ever be treated in such a manner.
We understand customer service can be stressful; however, there is absolutely no excuse for rude or humiliating behavior toward customers.
We are requesting:
A formal review of the incident
Identification and coaching of the employee involved
A response from management regarding how this situation will be addressed
We have always expected professionalism from DHL, and this experience was deeply disappointing.
We expect this complaint to be taken seriously.

I am extremely frustrated with the service provided by DHL Express. My package containing perishable food (cheese and bread) has been stuck in a loop between Carrollton, Frisco, and Dallas since Wednesday.
Despite paying all customs fees and duties on Wednesday and explaining the urgency of the contents, DHL has failed to deliver. Their tracking system makes no sense: it showed a failed delivery attempt in Frisco before it was even cleared by customs, then it was sent back to the warehouse for 're-processing.'
I opened a formal complaint on Wednesday, and instead of solving the issue or putting the package on a truck, they CLOSED my case without a resolution. Now, my food is likely spoiled because of their logistical incompetence and lack of customer support. This is completely unprofessional. Avoid using DHL if you care about your shipments actually arriving on time
