    I've grabbed a quick lunch here a couple of times, and the service has always been so friendly, and the sandwich and cookies are always fresh. I highly recommend this location!

    I placed an online/mobile order at 6:33 PM on 1/24/26 for pickup. My husband arrived at the store around 6:45 PM, as the app indicated the order would be ready by approximately 6:50 PM. Upon arriving, he discovered that the business gate was closed, despite the store closing early at 7:30 PM due to inclement weather. I immediately called the store phone number. The employee who answered stated: “Oh yeah, I was just about to walk out. I stopped working around 5:30 and my line is already closed so I won’t be making it. You’ll have to just call or something and figure it out.” This was dismissive and unhelpful. My husband then purchased alternative food from Walmart. As he was leaving around 7:30 PM, he observed the Subway employee exiting the store at the same time. This strongly suggests the order was deliberately not prepared despite the order being placed and paid for well before closing, indicating an unprofessional level of laziness. 3 days later, the manager contacted me and offered only to remake the food, stating she could not issue a refund from a different day as it would affect daily totals. I explained I no longer wanted the order. She said she would contact the owner and follow up, but I have received no further communication

    Ordered a Medium pepperoni pizza it was packed with cheese, it looked like they just threw a block of cheese on it and I couldn’t even see the pepperoni’s. So I called report to the manager she was going to replace well because of the holidays and being busy I could make I back for my replacement. So I finally made it to Walmart subway and she no longer wanted to replace. I won’t ever eat at this subway again. Bad service and customer service. I am big in customer service and treat the customer wrong u can forget about my business. I’m not here to harms out money for poor quality.
