  The shop doesn’t even want to give out bag for merchandise… feel so unwelcome.

  Worst customer service experience. We entered the store intending to purchase a new Michael Kors purse, but were immediately greeted in a rude manner and instructed to place our food bag on the floor. We had just purchased the food, and I was not willing to put my pregnant daughter’s meal on the floor. Because of this interaction, we chose to leave and informed the sales associate that they had lost our business. We have spent thousands of dollars on purses in the past, but it only takes one negative experience to feel unwelcome. We will not be returning. Management should be made aware of this situation, as the level of customer service we experienced was unacceptable. If this is how customers are treated, the store risks losing many more patrons.

  Shopping on Christmas Eve, most employees were very kind and helpful but not until after I purchased my watch. I asked for help with resizing because I was told by the original employee helping me that the could after purchase. The cashier turned to ask his coworker if she could resize because she wasn't currently assisting anyone and I guess she was familiar or previously done watch resizing. I heard her say "I guess in the spirit of Christmas" not quite something you'd like to hear, especially since it was also my birthday that day. If you don't want to help people, especially around the holidays, why bother working retail and get annoyed when the shopper needs help??

  Valerie was extremely helpful. Her customer service is exemplary she helped me find what i needed showing me around then what I wanted. She also informed other customers about the sale they had without stopping to help me. THANK YOU VALERIE I BOUGHT MORE THEN I WENT IN FOR 😊even sent my son back lol to get me a gift.
