  Came earlier to pay my bill, the system was down, another customer told me, the lady in charge, didn't bother to tell me, she just posted in the door system down, again in one hour went back, and of course there was a line, only one customer service employee, she was doing her job but the lane was getting longer, some left, most of us were impatient
