  Not really understanding why the two couples before us got to order with a person on the line but we were demanded to order on the kiosk and that’s the only orders they are talking right now. Just for a few minutes later more people come in and they take EVERYBODYS order came in after that. On top of that there is NO button on the kiosk to get the sandwich’s toasted, so still had to speak to TWO different people multiple times because they didn’t communicate to eachother on which sandwiches needed to be toasted. Highly upsetting. I was looking forward to leaving some extra cash because our order was complicated. Didn’t even have the right chips they have in stock on the kiosk. Didn’t let us know our order was ready either so imagine if we would’ve been sitting around for longer than needed. Where’s the customer service? I demand an answer on how this will be made right.

  These employees worked at top speed to get a very busy rush thru quickly and with smiles! Kudos to this store.

  Often visited this place. I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with my experience. The owner should be aware of how this location is being operated. Visited on 06/11/2026 3:50PM I ordered two 6-inch sandwiches: 1. Turkey sandwich with an added egg patty The employee put only three very thin slices of turkey on the sandwich. I also requested three different cheeses, and instead of providing proper portions, she cut the cheese slices in half and spread them across the sandwich. 2. Tuna sandwich, A standard 6-inch sandwich should have a 2 scoop of tuna, but instead the employee used a spreader to apply a very small amount of tuna across the bread. I was charged $23.50 for two 6-inch sandwiches and two small drinks. I left feeling very dissatisfied and disappointed. I hope management reviews portion control and customer service at this location to ensure customers receive what they are paying for.
