  The good: Accommodation for early check in. Location in proximity to event and hwy. Easy parking. Lobby clean and inviting with lemon water that's very refreshing. Staff are so kind and friendly and met all our needs. The bad: Ceiling has water damage and something stuck to it. Shower curtain was dirty and is too short to stay in the tub. Bathtub plug broken. This room was advertised as handicapped accessible- it absolutely is not. Too narrow for maneuverability and while tub has a grab bar for getting in, there is nothing to grab for getting out. This was a massive safety issue. No bars for toilet either. No way to turn on closed captioning for TV, setting button on remote did not work. The doors for fridge and cabinet it sits inside are opposite, making access difficult and cabinet door is hanging crooked. Floors were filthy and my feet were covered in debris after exiting the shower. Bed is comfortable but pillows were flat and hard. Described by my child as "flatter than a piece of paper." Elevators need some work. Buttons in one didn't light up. One panel held together with duct tape. And they do NOT have working AC, which made for a very hot ride to the 4th floor. Pool: pool hours are shorter than typical and pool closes at 9. The pool is also in terrible shape with cracks and both the ladder and stair grab bar are loose and extremely unsafe. It was ice cold. Breakfast: decent selection, standard fare.

  Great experience staying at the Best Western in Buda, TX! The location is super convenient with plenty of nearby food options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the free breakfast was delicious, and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful!

  ONE OF THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCES I’VE EVER HAD — I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Our experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible from the moment we arrived. We checked in very late at night, exhausted and traveling with our young daughter, and the front desk employee was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. Things only got worse when we entered the room. The bed sheets were dirty and stained, and we had to change the entire bedding ourselves. That alone is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one carrying the Best Western Plus name. The entire property gave us the impression of being neglected. We encountered dirty and disorganized areas, multiple maintenance issues, and equipment that simply wasn’t working. The coffee machine was out of service, and several other things appeared to need maintenance. What concerned me the most was the elevator. There were areas that appeared to be held or covered with tape. Regardless of the reason for the tape, seeing an elevator in that condition made my family and me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. And then there was breakfast, it was a disaster. The breakfast area was dirty, disorganized, and looked completely neglected. It was honestly shocking to see this level of cleanliness and organization at a hotel. Bad service, terrible cleanliness, lack of maintenance, dirty bedding, broken equipment, and an overall feeling of neglect. This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. I am posting photos because people considering staying here should be able to see the conditions we encountered for themselves. I would not stay here again, and I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, with several broken items, a terrible smell, a stained and filthy toilet, worn and dirty-looking bed sheets, and blankets with a strong unpleasant odor. The air conditioner was barely working, making the room very uncomfortable. The area around the hotel also felt unsafe, with several people who appeared to be using drugs nearby. I did not feel comfortable staying there with my family. The breakfast area looked so dirty and uninviting that we didn’t even have the courage to eat there. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes significant improvements.

  We recently stayed at this location for a few nights and were generally very pleased with our experience. The hotel feels well-kept, the lobby and halls are clean, and the staff does a wonderful job making guests feel welcome. What went well: Cleanliness: Our room was spotless upon arrival, well-stocked with fresh towels, and the AC unit worked great against the Texas heat. Location & Convenience: Super convenient access to the highway, close to local restaurants, and just a short drive up to Austin. The free hot breakfast area was well-managed and kept fully stocked. The Main Con: Inadequate Hot Water: Unfortunately, we ran into an issue with the hot water supply on three separate occasions during our stay. Taking a lukewarm shower when you're trying to start your day or wind down at night was frustrating. It wasn't a constant issue, but happened frequently enough to be notable.
