  I went to property. Stood at front counter for over 10 mins. No one there. Just a bowl of chicken wings. Left counter. Went online to make reservation. Came back to property after going to lunch. Lady had her bowl of chicken wings. Asked if they had early check in. She was rude. Acted like early check in is not allowed any way shape or form. I left. Told her I will never stay at a best western again. Called corporate customer service to inform them of the hospitality I received. I do not want to stay at that hotel. Do not want to help rude people make money. Rather go somewhere else. Lady on phone contacted hotel staff Maria. She told customer service I was rude to her. Cancelled room. Hope I get my refund !!! Customer service and hospitality is what they provide at every hotel. No this one !!! Mr Patel. Please watch video. Hope you can find better staff !! No More BW for me !!

  June 2026: Normally my experiences at this hotel had been positive until recently. There is a roach infestation at this hotel especially on the 2nd floor!! There were brown roaches crawling around in the restrooms and near the refrigerator. They are aware and very nonchalant..No actions were taking to rectify the issues when brought to staff/management. I will not be staying here in the future and will advise my friends and family to look elsewhere if they value their homes and cleanliness. The way they handle health violations is disgusting. **Edit after reply from Hotel: Management was spoken to HIRAN and you are aware, you just did nothing to rectify the situation, so don't feign ignorance now.

  Frustrating. Just needed sleep and had to deal with a lot of crap before that could happen. Extremely slippery shower btw, so be careful. Had to stand on a washcloth after slipping once. But from the start, I had to go find the receptionist after waiting for a while at desk to even check in. Finally found her in the closed dining area in the dark to the left. At least sit in view of the doorway so you can see when customers are at the front desk waiting, and so that they can find you please. Room was hot and air conditioner didn't work, tried calling the front desk but of course no answer, so we had to go all the way back down 3 floors to find her aqain with some guy this time in the dark dining area again, and to ask for that to be fixed, and yes I checked the wall AND actual unit itself first. Would've been nice if she would have broke away from her boyfriend and answered the dang phone I tried calling 4 times. The room was fine but dealing with the other stuff after a very long drive and just needing sleep made for a terrible experience and not worth the money. Will never return and do not recommend until a staff change is made at the front desk. I've had amazing experiences at every other location I've been to, so I was surprised at this one.
