  By far the rudest employee at any ups location I frequent. I hate coming to this location because of this short older lady with long black hair. She is very hostile and gets angry easily. Someone needs to take her aside to teach her how to be friendly and give good customer service by listening to customers instead of arguing with someone only because she explained things incorrectly and don’t understand what she is saying. She gets combative very quickly if you don’t understand what she is saying. I’ve seen her act this way to other customers as well as my self on multiple occasions. All other staff are great and extremely helpful but this woman is the worst.

  I love my UPS store!! Sovan and Sebastin do an amazing job! They get my work day started off well and with a smile! Always professional, helpful and happy!! I am so thankful for them!

  Dropping off packages each day has turned into something I genuinely look forward to, and a big part of that is Sivan. Her smile and the comforting words she shares every single day have a way of lifting my spirit and making my heart feel lighter. There’s something so genuine and reassuring about her presence—it really feels like she was placed there at just the right time. Sebastian adds to that experience just as much. He’s always so kind, with a warm, welcoming smile and a positive spirit that never goes unnoticed. Together, they create such an uplifting environment that turns an ordinary daily task into a moment of connection and encouragement. It’s rare to come across people who leave that kind of impression, and it truly makes a difference.
