  Service workers were very rude and harried. Confusing directions and rudeness when you weren’t immediately acting on their weird signals. The only middle ages lady with the weird eyeshadow was very rude to me especially. Would avoid in the future

  The asain lady that was working in here this morning 9/9/26@ 1030am is super disrespectful and popped off with her mouth and attitude the second I attempted telling her what I had needed. She didnt know the process of how to check in or out my package correctly. Then because she wasnt aware of the program we use or anything about it, before I left she had the nerve to attempt to tell me how I need to tell her I just have a pickup when that clearly was not the case. She needs to reflect and learn about the different programs ups offers instead of get mad that she's clueless and takes it out on her guests. Also, I would have stated her name on here. However, she was the only employee here without a name badge.
