  This place is ridiculous get quoted a price online for 2 tires get everything set up only to find out that they add 30 dollars on a week for "service fees and what not" in what world does a compnay need 30 dollars a week in service fees for online if you value your sanity just go down the road to RNR or Texas tire least the prices they quote you online dont change 🙄

  Do not do business here. They will find any way to screw you. I have paid over $2,273.94 for my rims and tires, total ownership amount $4193.48. I fell behind on payments and had to refinance, by doing so I couldn’t do the early pay off. All I owed was $1919.54 Plus tax. I ended up being around $450 behind with late fees after I refinanced . My wife went in person to fix/update the account. They told her they would put the past due balance at the end of the total amount. Now they are saying the new total would be $5527.60 plus tax earlier pay off now would be $2651.54 That math ain’t mathing.

  Had a horrible experience they had some rims my husband has been looking for for a very long time we went in and it was just a mess from the very beginning my husband wanted them though so we got them 😔 he parked the car cause they couldn't balance the tires he takes it to a shop this morning to find out the back tire is nearly flat and the rims were installed incorrectly and to be told hes lucky the tire didn't fly off my husband could have gotten into an accident and gotten hurt or hurt someone else 😢 I will not ever visit this place again and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and the saddest part is my husband and I have been dealing with Manny for many years while he was at RNR and never had this experience but now that we go see him at RAW its a complete disaster the guys who installed them made a joke about how they learned to install them by watching a YouTube video im completely devastated by this experience

  I highly recommend you avoid going here at all costs if you value your time and the way your wheels look. One simple thing turned into month long wait with these guys. I was VERY adamant about them not damaging my wheels since i have a brand new car and the wheels were in pristine condition. I spoke with people 3 different people about 5 times before they even looked at the vehicle. Even when i was handing over the keys i asked again and they chuckled confidently. They said they will ask the tech to see if he can do it without damaging it. Multiple times i said if they cant do it without causing damage i will take it somewhere else so i dont waste my time. Somehow they managed to damaged all 4 of my tires and to make things worse they out a tire on the wrong direction. All 4 now have scratches around the outer lip and 3 of them have multiple deep knicks. After 10 phone calls, FOUR 60 minute roundtrips and an entire month. We came to a conclusion. After voicing my concerns about my wheels not being the OEM color, long term durability of the finish, possible defects, time for the coat to harden and time spent doing all these things i tried to so hard to avoid, they decided they will repair the wheels instead of replacing them.
