  Sarah Ernst helped me save my policy when I switched from an out-of-town agent who made bogus claims I had to defend. Sarah was calm and reassuring at a time when I was panicked and frustrated. She helped me navigate the process to get my policy back on track and was always there to explain things and get me the answers I needed from the multiple parties involved. She was organized, through and unwavering in her support, greatly easing my anxiety. I hope Allstate knows what a gem they have in Sarah! Thank you!!

  The representative is spoke with was Paul Hinton. Very helpful. Didn't sugarcoat anything. What could be done he DID! But what couldn't was made clear. He made the process very easy and found me a policy that provided exactly what I needed for much less then what the other companies were trying to charge. Very happy with the service. We really are in good hands!
