  I would really reconsider having ANYTHING delivered by FedEx. They "said" they delivered my package on Saturday August 15th at 4:09pm at the leasing office of my apartment complex. My apartment complex looked through the cameras and DID NOT SEE ANY FEDEX DRIVER DELIVER ANY PACKAGES and on my home cameras the driver didn't show up there either. Now on my address label it did have my apartment number on it and the driver did not deliver it to my apartment nor to the office. So the driver lied and FedEx doesn't take any kind of accountability for their drivers. So now I'm out of a package and nobody wants to take accountability for their drivers not delivering to the right locations. Stay away from FedEx.

  Very knowledgeable and super helpful. I went in to get a document scanned to a PDF and emailed. It would have taken at least five times longer for me to do it by myself. The new manager came over and walked me through it. Highly recommend this place for all your FedEx needs.

  Took a extremely long time to get the agent to input my information for shipping. Also too a long time to for package to get from Texas to Arkansas, what should have taken 3 days (according to agent and website) took 5 days.
