  I've been with Shane Oliver Allstate for over 15 years and the customer service is always top tier, no matter who you are speaking with. I don't even live in Brownwood and I've never had any problem getting assistance. I highly recommend.

  He is the first person I've spoken with that was "comfortable". He was very, very helpful, and if it had not been for him I would have cancelled my auto and property insurance with Allstate.
