  I had recently purchased food from this southmost wingstop in Uber Eats and when it arrived they completely made me the incorrect order. I ordered a hot honey rub, Cajun, and chicken parm , as soon as I open the bag the 20 piece tender where only 12 , I was given mild boneless wings and and one plain wings in some butter oil’s substance, not the hot honey rub.

  They took so long to make my 3 pc tenders and after that they forgot to make my fries, not the first time they took so long to make a order

  They gave me my order wrong and when I brought them back, the girls made a stupid bothered face. Unprofessional. I should be the one bothered .

  We ordered our food online 20 minutes before going and when we arrived there were no workers in the front for 8 minutes. And other customers were arriving as well with none of their food ready. Then when we talked to a worker they told us that we would have to wait longer to receive our order. Then when we got our food the fries and wings were both colder than room temperature. The fries were over seasoned, and other customers were complaining about their food taking a while even after being there for longer than 10 minutes. The wings started to make me feel bad. When we went back to get fresher fries, they were also cold. We would like a refund!

  Don't recommend this location. The staff working there is more worried about the type of music playing than making the food orders correctly. I rather take a 3-4 mile drive than go to this location. Always a long wait time. They complete the orders on the system but you still have to wait longer to get your food. The management at this location should worry about the customer service being provided.
