  Terrible customer Service I was told my order was not ready for over 30 minutes asked another person and they said it was ready all along girl with purple hair never checked if it was actually ready or not food was cold

  I went to order an order of wings and it states that my order was going to be ready from 7:46-7:51 pm and i was there until 8:17 pm and nothing kept telling me that it was still cooking and nothing i ordered it since 7:28 pm i would suggest either fix your app to say the correct time that it will come out because it was not only my order but there was alot more people with the same issue i was really disappointed and had to cancel my order doubting i will order from this establishment again

  Zero Care, Double the Failure If you want to spend your evening driving back and forth multiple times for a carry out order, this is the place for you. I placed a carry-out order, drove all the way home, and realized they completely messed it up and missed items. Annoying? Yes. But mistakes happen. What happened next, however, is just pure incompetence. I left my family waiting, drove all the way back to the store to get the missing food, and these absolute amateurs messed it up a second time. How do you look a customer in the eye, hand them a "corrected" order, and still get it wrong? Maybe the location has gotten so big and busy that they have completely stopped caring about quality control or customer service. You are just a transaction number to them.

  Tuvimos una mala experiencia con una trabajadora paresia la encargada del lugar pero no dieron las altas con suficiente aderezo como se habían pedido las altas pero pedimos aderezo y nos cobraron y se pagó aunque no deberia ser asi xk ellos no pusieron como se habia ordenado pero lo mas curioso fue ver entrar a una familia y no pidieron ni ordenaron nada pero esa trabajadora les llevo comida a todos cocas de vasos grandes todo a sus ordenes pues era su familia mi pregunta nosotros pagamos su servicio y no te atienden como nos meresemos
