I placed a carry-out order, drove all the way home, and realized they completely messed it up and missed items. Annoying? Yes. But mistakes happen. What happened next, however, is just pure incompetence.
I left my family waiting, drove all the way back to the store to get the missing food, and these absolute amateurs messed it up a second time. How do you look a customer in the eye, hand them a "corrected" order, and still get it wrong?
Maybe the location has gotten so big and busy that they have completely stopped caring about quality control or customer service. You are just a transaction number to them.
